Clinical tools earn trust by how they handle data. These rules are built into PrimaryPilot, not left to policy.
- Names and national ID numbers are cropped out on the doctor's own computer before anything is analysed. Only the patient's age is derived from the birth date.
- Numbers in a treatment plan are filled in by code from the source document, never written by a language model.
- Every recommendation cites the guideline it comes from. If no guideline covers it, the tool says so.
- Designed around Türkiye's personal data protection law (KVKK).
How it's built
PrimaryPilot is built with Claude Code. Claude Opus reads the national guidelines end to end and turns them into rule cards that the physician reviews and approves; rules with an exact answer are then enforced in code.
Next, we are moving image reading and clinical reasoning to the Claude API, so a doctor can photograph a lab report and get a sourced plan in under a minute.
